Frigidaire FFET1022QW fridge no cooling, blinking temp lights

About 3 seconds after plugging in, all 5 temp control lights start to blink at once and continue to do so about every 3 seconds indefinitely.  If the temp set button is pushed, light #1 illuminates and lights 2 thru 4 blink on and off in sequence.  Light 5 stays dark.  After about 4 rounds of this sequential blinking, all 5 lights go back to blinking together ~ every 3 seconds.  Does anyone have a service manual for this model or know what this (suspected) code means?  Prior to this light blinking episode, tenant said the fridge wasn’t starting.  PTC relay tested bad and I replaced with a 3 in 1 unit.  Is it possible that the circuit board and 3 in 1 don't play nice with each other?  I guess I could buy just a new ptc relay, but the cost is is over $100 (oem part # 5304499411) (Generic relay part # QPE2-A4R7MD3 is on ebay @ 2 for ~$11, but must wait for it to arrive from China.  Hmmm, $5.50 vs. >$100.  Think that might be a ripoff?)
