Samsung WF42H5000AW/A2 Touch Sensor Non-Functional

Hey guys this machine is barely over 2 years old and the finger touch screen is non functional however the washing machine works and works well otherwise. To be specific when I say the touchscreen I mean you cannot select features such as extra rinse, extra spin, and temperature settings, etc.  I Figured maybe it was faulty so I ordered a supposedly new one off eBay and installed it but it did not work either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

And just to clarify because everybody calls it a different part I did not replace the user control and display board... what I replaced is the assembly sensor as some call it or the touch screen assembly as some call it.
