Samsung Dryer DV48J7770EW/AC stuck at 1min forever even though the clothes are completely dried

Dryer gets stuck at 1min forever even though the clothes are completely dry and will not automatically end the drying cycle. This happens on auto dry and timed dry and it happens randomly. Mostly happens when we do a big load of towels. Youtubers are saying to change the control board cause of a faulty relay, but i don't like changing parts without knowing the cause. I would like to get some guidance on how to troubleshoot this issue.

Thanks
