Hi,

I'm looking for a verification, if possible.

The service bulletin W11512766 does not specifically name this exact model but the symptoms are identical. Its a heater-less ff evap coil building up ice.

When I searched the complete model number in ServiceBench, it produces this service bulletin (not sure how their search works), but again, this exact model is not included on the actual bulletin.

Any tips?

Servicematters also says that bulletin applies to your model, so I think you're good.

We’ll that’s the dilemma. It looks like there’s different parts needed dependent on your model number. Since  mine’s not listed on the bulletin, should I just pick the part needed for closest model number?

sounds a little sketchy

I'm with Son of Samurai. Your model number is listed on that bulletin. Look again.

Good luck getting the UI though. I've had one on Back Order since 7/30/21 and they keep moving the date out as to when its going to arive.

Good thing is it appears to take a while to frost back up...

Man, am I just being a bozo? cause I'm really not finding an exact match.

Closest one I see is:

KRSC503EBS01

My model is:

KRSC503ESS01

Is that just a color difference??

Was really hoping for a more definitive answer on this.

I’m now working on 2 models with the exact same issue regarding bulletin.

Was able to get WP tech support on the phone without an SR(?) number and it sounded like he was going to help me until the call dropped.
Confirmed that the difference in model is only stainless vs black. But the first lady i talked to, before tech support, still didn’t think it applied to my model.

Going through the same thing, do you remember what you had to do?

It's the second model number listed in the first column of model numbers.
