Hi, I know this is a long shot but I'm wondering if anyone knows of an equivalent blower motor to replace the CABP3 82298 blower motor in my Dacor RV36B? The motor has long since been discontinued and I've only seen a few on ebay. Is there something else out there that will work? My vent is making a lot of noise at medium and high speed and it sounds like it's the motor. If a replacement is not available is there any servicing that can be done to the original motor? The SN is BC8060896 if that's any help.

Thanks in advance!

There's a very good chance that they did not manufacture the motor. You may be able to get the part number off the motor and google it and buy the part from an HVAC or industrial distributor.
