Already found a service manual that gives some specs and data. Need one that explains on how to put in diagnostic mode and test loads. 

I have a customer that the food in the crisper drawers always freezes no matter what setting and they have set temp in unit at 38. Thermador has already came out and replaced the drawer assembly that comes with the new thermistor. Looking to find the specific info necessary to test a flapper that directs the air. At least that what the service manual says that how it accomplishes cooling to the drawer.
