2 year old Samsung washer WF45K6200AW/A2

When put into diagnostic mode getting a 3c2 error code which is a motor error.

Replaced stator, motor speed sensor and machine control board in back.

In quick wash cycle washer will complete cycle but as soon as you add clothes it will freeze early in cycle.

Run on regular without clothes washer ran till 49 minutes and froze.

Regular wash with clothes in it the screen is stuck in sensing mode I believe.

Any ideas?

Thanks

David

3c error - Motor Driving Error and Hall Sensor Error.  From the service manual - This error occurs because of restrained revolutions. Start by spinning the basket by hand, listen for any noise. Then push up on the basket to check for play in the bearings and for broken spinner arm. Spin the basket slightly and repeat in 6 to 12 places. Would also check the inlet water valve screens.

Late to the party, but I just went through this 3C2 error and solved it.

It is the Inverter control board (DC92-01531C) needs to be replaced.  Worked instantly after the change.  Open the back up, remove two lower screws that hold the control boards in, replace inverter control board (bottom left side as you face rear of washer).  Pretty easy to do once your figure how to wrestle the control board out.  It's a bit tight on my washer (WF50K7500AV/A2).

How did you determine it was the inverter board? Did you do a voltage test or something?

 Thanks

I'll second the question on how you determined it was the board

I also have this 3C2 error at diagnostic test on my Samsung FlexWash WV55M9600AV/A5 Washer.

Where's the best place to buy this inverter board (DC92-01531C)? Is there a place that allows the part to be returned if it didn't work? It looks like either this part is hard to find or the price is not cheap, I wonder how well it will hold up before it "fried" again. Are your machine still running strong for you since you last replaced the inverter board?

Thanks.

I replaced my inverter control board, DC92-01531C, and my washing machine is working again. No 3C2 error code at diagnostic test. Thank you very much!! My machine is Samsung FlexWash WV55M9600AV/A5 03.

FYI. I just bought an used one on eBay.
