WT4801CW Makes noise only during agitation cycle

My WT4801CW is about 9 year old and has been great. The agitator had popped off and the spline was worn off. I replaced it but it did not solve my noise problem. Other than the noise heard in the video below during agitation it still works well. I've read in other posts it could be the suspension rods or clutch but most mention grinding or squeaking and this noise just sounds like rubbing. Spin Cycle is smooth and quite. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Couple of things to check, exploded view shows a washer under the agitator - is it still there? splines on the shaft worn? large nut that holds the basket is it tight?

Thanks for the reply. I pulled off the Agitator, splines look good, flat washer is in place and the big nut is very tight.

Any other suggestion what the noise could be?

So what ended up being the problem? It looks like the whole clutch housing or gear case I forget what they call it is the problem
