Kenmore Elite Fridge 596.76602601 won’t cool after defrost

Defrosted Kenmore Elite 596.76602601 for two days, will cool to 32 for freezer/48 for fridge.
Wondering if this could be on demo mode after defrost because it gets to certain temp and doesn’t go any lower

Brushed and vacuumed coils in back and near toe grille

Poured hot water and vinegar in drain hole in freezer, came out in drip tray in back

Compressor running is not super hot, evaporator fan runs/condenser fan runs

Was working perfectly until noticed temp in freezer rising, found a loose piece of freezer paper stuck to back of freezer, blocking vents causing freeze up of evaporator coils.

Searched for tech sheet for error codes but can’t find it

Appreciate any insight and advice. Thank you.

If the evaporator is clear of ice, condenser is clean, both evaporator and condenser fan motors are running with the compressor. Should be cooling normally in 24 hours, if it is not cooling correctly most likely a issue with the sealed system.
