I am unable to find this washer. Customer sent me pictures of tag with s/no and model but I can't find it on searspartsdirect. I asked her to look under the lid since this one appears to be on the side panel. It is a Kenmore Elite 4.7 cu ft high efficiency top-load washer per google search which she says looks like hers.
