Duet Dryer Model WED70HEBW0 stopped running between loads

Hi, Looking for some help, our Duet WED70HEBW0 dryer stopped working between loads and gave an L2 error (low or no line voltage) when trying to start it made a click then nothing.  In the diagnostic mode it gave errors E1F1 for Cycle Control Unit Problem, and F6E1 Communication error.  I went through all the diagnostic checks in the service tech book and everything pointed to a bad Cycle Control Unit.  I bought and replaced the CCU, when I press the start button it beeps then nothing and then the light on the start button goes out.  I have double checked everything, thought maybe the new CCU was bad, returned it and got a new one same issue.  There are no error codes with the new CCU just doesn't do anything.  I am really at a loss.  Is there some kind of sync process to make the CCU communicate with the UI?  Also when I try and run the install diagnostics tests it just displays -- indicating waiting for voltage at the UI according to the book.  There doesn't seem to be any trouble shooting options in the book for when the install diagnostic test won't run.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
