Recently visited a customer's home and found that the freezer section of their refrigerator is warming up. Currently sitting at 40 degrees. The fresh food section is sitting at 38 degrees. Condenser fan running and condenser is clean and free of obstruction. Compressor is running and there is a temperature difference in the feed and suction lines. Interior fans are engaging and moving air. I need help with finding a technical sheet for this refrigerator so I know where the resistances should be for the temp sensors in the freezer and fresh food cavities. Also if those are good, how do I check if the stepper motor or 3 way valve is the culprit and not sending freon to the freezer section? If I'm not mistaken, the temp sensor relays the resistance to the control board then the control board tells the stepper motor where to direct the freon. Is that correct?
