Hey guys I'm back again  

This ge is giving us a hell of a time. Just displays "00" on both dispenser readouts, can't push any buttons to change settings (just beeps). We've replaced the dispenser controller and the main board, repaired the wiring harness at the bottom by the hinge and removed the molex (just direct wire) can't for the life of me figure this out. Figured if I had an exact service manual, I'd atleast have something to reference as I'm fairly familiar with this model just never seen this before

That doesn't seem to be a valid model number. Could you double check it?

Can the dispenser heater cause a 00 00 readout? I’m so confused. Got correct voltage going everywhere but the display just reads the zeros and can’t adjust anything. It’s like it’s the wrong interface board but I had Marcone verify and it’s the right part number. I’m the second tech out. Prior company gave up and said

There is no heater so never mind. Gonna ask for a display board from the factory floor. Idk what else to do here

New information received from home owner. The power went out in the community and the fridge started flashing. Prior vendor came out and replace the main and user interface boards. After power outage the dispenser started flashing and that hasn’t changed w two main boards and dispenser too. crapola

I have the same problem with a GSS25...
