Pump running continuously on Amana topload washer NTW4516FW3

I am now a DIYer because I am waiting on my alumni membership to be activated.

Anyways I am on an Amana washer that the pump runs continuously on. Original complaint is that it was leaking. I don't see any leaks and I cant enter diagnostic mode. No obstructions in pump. Transducer seems clear. It's only a year old, but they wanted me to come out today instead of checking on warranty on Monday. I can't think of anything other than control board since it runs even with transducer disconnected. Anything I am missing or a way I could check it? Thanks!

There is a service bulletin for the pressure dome on the side of the tub being obstructed. If you have disconnected the tubing at the control board probably is the board. May try pushing and holding the start/ pause/ cancel button for 10 seconds to clear. If the pressure dome is obstructed use a 3/32 drill bit by hand to clear the port.
