Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Tech sheet needed prior to service call. Customer states washer wont run and is displaying "CL" error.

Thank you for the prompt response kind sir!!

I guess I should have done a little research first. It appears the "CL" is the "Control Lock". Just a button on the panel that was pressed unintentionally. 

I will let the customer know to try unlocking the panel before going and charging for an unnecessary service call.
