Help! How to reassemble Kitchenaid KSSS48QTX02 ice dispenser blades and spacers?

I replaced some worn parts on my nightmare Kitchenaid KSSS48QTX02 ice dispenser (not the maker, but the dispenser) and in the process, the dispenser blades, washers, and spacers all fell off the auger. Before I take anything apart, I always photo it first, and take more photos as I break it down to prevent this kind of reassembly mayhem—but these bits flew away without me! 
 

I used a (hard to see) diagram (attached) to try to piece everything back together but definitely made a mistake as the dispenser now drops cubes when crushed is selected, and crushed when cubes is selected. Did I reverse something or just put it back together entirely wrong? I can’t find any videos or photos of a properly assembled unit. There are spacers and “step spacers,” washers, fixed blades and rotating blades and that wee diagram isn’t helping.

Ive attached some photos of my reassembled version and tried to give different angles to show the spacer & step spacers, washers, all of the blades, etc.

Does anyone have any diagrams, resources, or suggestions to help me get everything reassembled properly?

If it happened to me I’d use that diagram pretty much shows you where the parts go… Not sure what else to explain.

Google the parts for pictures, then trial and error.
