Think those are color/ trim numbers, base model should be the same. Odds are it is some kind of sealed system issue with the compressor being at the top of the list.

Can't find that model at GSFS, do you have serial number?

I don't but I found a LDN22735xx in my google drive, not sure what the 3rd letter means, if it makes a difference. this is a "warm freezer, FF kinda OK" complaint. May be a compressor problem on this LG? I will be there in 2 hrs.
