Old Caloric oven that customer says pilot light keeps going out. He says that another service tech told him he needs a new control thermostat and that it’s part # is WB20K10026 - he wants me to come down and repair it, but of course doesn’t want me to come if parts aren’t available for it. So far have no way of verifying what parts are available for this unit from any parts distributor as I have not been able to really cross reference it except on Google. Please see attached pic of model # label. Any parts diagrams or parts suppliers who have info on this unit would be very appreciated. Thank you

There's no way to get info on this besides going out to look at it, figuring out what's wrong and trying to match whatever part it needs.

It might need a thermostat, but a lot of old ranges used a separate pilot safety valve. If so, it might still be available since they were all manufactured by a few vendors.

I can't see a repair on this, mo matter what it needs for less than $300, so you might want to see what the customer is expecting. They're probably thinking $50.

Naaa. Just old. But thanks anyway. 8-)

If you can hop in a time machine and go back to 1990, I probably have the parts in my truck.
