Maytag double wall oven model ID

Hello, 

Please see attached photo. I have looked everywhere and cannot find the model number. Maytag 24" double wall oven. Installed in 1990.

The lower oven stopped heating. Once I get model number, I will try to determine what is needed to repair lower oven.

cwe5800acb  may have the same lower oven parts , but look under the bottom piece of trim for your model

Sometimes on the trim under the locking lever, (just above were the upper door closes into the trim area - hopefully still readable if it is there).

or as @evaappliance said - on the trim of the opening of the lower oven door, (where it hinges - may have to remove door to see it).

Any luck finding the model #.  We have this same oven and need replacement knobs.  Thanks
