That doesn't look like a valid model number -- are you sure it's correct?

I will confirm with the customer and update the thread, the 11th character D may actually be different (V or W). The user manual is available for the 3400 series but part sites don't recognize it. Thanks.

My apologies, the D is in fact a V. So the model number is confirmed to be DVE45T3400V/A3. Any luck with finding a service manual for that model? Thanks again.
