Kenmore oven (model 911.3022190, mfg. by Roper) not starting up

Hi, this is my first post here. I'm a very amateur DIYer, and running into a problem with my oven. It's a Kenmore wall-mount oven (model 911.3022190, manufactured by Roper) from 1990.

Worked fine until recently wouldn't start any more. Pushing the buttons on the control pad, I can set the temp and time, and it blinks for a few seconds like it's about to do something, but then it just clicks off without going into operation.

Assuming it was a faulty igniter, I got the appropriate one on eBay and installed it, but didn't change anything. Any idea what it sounds like the problem could be?

Incidentally, the clock and timer still work.

Does the ignitor come on (glows)? If not, I would suspect the control board. You pretty much have the board, ignitor, and valve to get it to come on.
