Having trouble with this one. I replaced the control board, shift actuator, and lid switch assy. I recalibrated it. I ran diagnostic self test. Machine will not start a cycle. Stuck on 'sensing'. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have the tech sheet for this washer? I know how to put it in diagnostic mode, but not how to get error codes.

Are you positive the lid is actually locked.  It may check good electrically but if it doesn't  fiscally  lock it won't start a cycle.  Check to see if it actually is locked.

Those parts at retail are worth more than the machine new!

Is the belt tight? I would check that, and also check between the outer tub and inner spin basket for anything that could have fallen between. Make sure all of your wiring connectors are plugged in too, it's easy to miss one.

Google can give you a list of the error codes. Let us know which ones you have and we can advise a proper method of diagnosis.

I do not know how to get error codes. I can put it in diagnostic mode, but without tech sheet, I don't know how to get error codes.

I got the tech sheet and got an error code. F9 E1.  Long drain. Can this make it not start? Now figuring out how to resolve this error.

One other thing. I replaced the board, W10272630 but not the board that goes on top of it.  W10296020. Did I replace the wrong board?
