Refrigerator box is not cooling. Freezer seems to be fine. Could fridge box be stuck in defrost mode? Thanks for any help.

Several reasons this could happen

Defrost failure 

Damper failure 

Evaporator fan failure 

Temperature Sensor failure

Also model has a thermal fuse attached to the heater

Which would be a defrost failure if it was bad.
