I have the manual for vcbb363g*, not sure if it's the same series

 

I don't see many vikings.

Loss of int lighting both compartments, temps @45 & 10-15, frz and ff efms run. If power reset, int lights illuminate temporarily.

No ice made, but it's strictly temp related.

Where is the main control pcb, and / or compressor inverter?
