kitchenaid double oven kode500ess02 lower oven will not heat and oven lights will not turn off

Thanks for any help I can get.

My kitchenAid double oven is 4.5 years old.  I almost never use the oven clean feature and just clean it old school.

Problems:

1.The interior lights will NEVER not turn off

2. my lower oven does NOT get hot but the fan clicks on

3. My upper oven works heats/cooks except sometimes the fan will NEVER turn off and I must shut the oven off by using the breaker.

I have the Service Tech sheet but it is WAY over my head.  I have tried to push the black lever to the right to simulate the door shutting nothing happens and the interior light stays on

I have already purchased the entire control board panel W11086141 and nothing was resolved.

Any suggestions on what I should do?

Thank you very much

Since you have the tech sheet enter the diagnostic mode to retrieve error codes and check the status of both door switches.

okay I put it in diagnostic mode

upper latch switch statues:  0 unlatched   (correct)

upper door switch status:  1 closed (correct)

lower latch switch status: 0 unlatched (correct)

lower door switch state : 0 OPEN

So I need a lower door switch!  My brain must be fried for not putting it into diagnostic mode!!!  THANK YOU!!!  This would absolutely explain the light NEVER shutting off.

What would I need to do to get the bottom oven to heat or diagnosis it?

Some ovens don't preheat with the door open is my best guess. Take care of the lock issue and see if problem persists.
