The shut off arm appears to be stuck in the up position, is obviously not filling or making ice.
Turned off/on the power switch at the ice maker and the power to the entire refrigerator separately, each for a few minutes.
I believe there is a reset switch for the in-door ice maker (working fine) but I cant see one for the lower freezer ice maker.
Not sure if there is one?

Please advise
Thank you

The service manual for this unit doesn't speak much about the freezer ice maker. For a self-test switch try looking along the bottom sides of the unit for a button or small hole. If there is a small hole you will need something similar to a paper clip to activate it. Try removing the arm from its position and inspect. The arm is keyed on the end meaning that it will move during testing. If its chewed up or missing then it won't work. Typically those arms don't get frozen or stuck. Possible bad arm, or bad ice maker. If you need more help feel free to reply and I'll try to do more research.
