Hello everyone!

So I've got a whirlpool ev160nztq02 stand up freezer that is intermittently not completely freezing. So it runs, freezes (all levels) and then starts to thaw from the top down. We have a glass of water in it to help monitor the freezer. I pull the panel off inside and there's a little front on the evaporator, and some ice forming in the drain hole at the bottom. I can usually touch the fan and it fires right back up and within an hour we start getting frost again on the cup of water. This eventually does it all over again the next day. I just did continuity tests on the heater, fan, heater thermostat and thermostat with the control dial all work just fine. I can't seem to find the issue. Any help would greatly be appreciated!
