Whirlpool Gold model #GC5SHEXNS05 parts fell out when I used the ice dispenser.

This is a wierd one. I went to get some ice from the ice dispenser of my Whirlpool gold refrigerator model number GC5SHEXNS05. I heard a wierd noise the next thing I know is a spring, gasket and several plastic pieces came out. I was able to figure out the basic shape and glued it together for reference. The bottom piece is threaded.

I am not sure what that is either.  I doesn't look like part of the typical dispenser.
