Hi, I have a problem with a evap fan when in the diag mode test 15, it turn ON when command to LO or HI speed but it goes OFF few seconds later and does it over and over again. The fan works fine when I take out of the fridge and apply 12 volt to yellow/white wires on the plug. 
FYI, I replaced the main board , LED board, inverter board.

also the condenser fan come ON fine when commanded ON via the diag mode test 12 but does NOT come ON when the fridge in to power. 

not sure if it makes a difference, I had a water leak behind the ice maker and It is disconnected at the moment,  I doubt it contributes to the fan problem. 

Any suggestions?

This was fixed by replacing the FAN with the right OEM FAN.
