We are looking for a Technician to join our Atlanta Team. Sterling Service Group is seeking On-Site Service Technicians with a guest first attitude and the ability to complete service and repairs. Varying experience levels welcome, from small to large home appliances, HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical experience, we want to talk to you! The ideal candidate has extensive appliance repair experience and follows all industry safety obligations. Excellent customer service skills are essential to be successful in this role.

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary and Benefits: Entry Level Tech Tier (no mechanical experience): $2,500 Signing Bonus. Base, $52,000 annual after 90 days. Trade or Technical School Graduate Tier (2 years experience): $2,500 Signing Bonus. $58,250 annual after 90 days. Experienced Technician Tier (2 years appliance experience): $5,000 signing bonus. $60,000-$120,000 after 90 days.
