Kenmore Model 110.20722990 loud, slow spin cycle

Howdy y’all,

Our washer started making a godforsaken racket during the spin cycle. I defeated the lid switch with my trusty flathead screwdriver, to find a slow, chunky, herky jerky “spin” cycle.

After a little online sleuthing, I picked up a replacement clutch from a local appliance repair parts house and installed that this evening. I got everything back together, cue sad Price is Right music, still loud AF. I replaced the entire clutch assembly, as well as the white plastic drive dog that mounts to the drum brake. There were two springs with the clutch, the smaller was installed already, so I used that.

I pulled the front cover again, as well as the agitator, and can see the following:

In the spin cycle, the clutch spins, but still in a jerky motion. Here are two videos, one of the clutch/brake and another of the agitator drive shaft and drum. The pump still kicks out the water.

Any ideas? Seems like something to do with the brake, but I wanted to get some ideas before I tear it apart again.

All help is tremendously appreciated!!!
