I'm working on a whirlpool top load washer model wtw5000dw1 and serial number c72844149. I replaced the gear case, drain pump and clutch and tenant is stating the clothes is still soaking wet at end.  All hoses is clear, tub spinning good, coin filter is clear and everything is running normal but can't find why it's leaving clothes soaking wet when it should be working good and draining properly.

Need to have the tenant throw in a load while you watch. Could quite possibly be oversudsing or out of balance from user error. At least, if it malfunctions while you are on site, the likelihood of fixing it is higher.

I've done that and the tenant did everything correct.  The unit is running normal but the clothes is still wet.  I can only think that maybe the drum isn't spinning fast enough which leads to the belt which is tight or the control board not getting proper signal to spin fast enough
