GE Monogram ZISW420DMA Fresh food too cold, freezer normal

We’re calling the fresh food side our “freezerator”. Found the Tech Service Guide. Thinking it was the thermistors, we went through the diagnostic modes with the exception of showroom, dispenser recess heater test, 100% run time, pre-chill & defrost. First check of the control/sensor system self test: all pass except the evaporator (4) did beep, with no result of pass or fail. A second try resulted in all pass. Did the main control reset. Still freezing food on the left side of the refrigerator, froze the water dispenser line. Shut the unit off ~4 hours.  Back on: current temp freezer 7/refer 25. Water dispenser operational.

Any help with troubleshooting is appreciated, thanks!

Did you test the damper motor in diagnostics to make sure that it is opening and closing properly?

I agree with Daniel. Look for an airflow issue.
