Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

The customer attempted to replace the water filter.  The complaint:  Err appeared on the display after changing the filter and it no longer dispenses water.  He tried unplugging the fridge to do a hard reset to no avail.  What could have possibly happened in between changing filters?

Uploading mini manual and waiting on approval: Possible used a bootleg filter without the chip on it! 

If the System detects that a filter with the RFID System is not installed and/or it is damaged, the legend “ERR” will appear on the display, water dispensing will be blocked, the indicator LED of said button will flash 3 times each time the user tries to dispense water and the display alarm will be activated.

Note: The System will block the water supply to the unit until a new water filter is installed.

Mahalo Guys!! That was quick.  This is one of those calls that can be resolved over the phone and at the same time builds trust with the technician for next time something goes wrong.  Showing that you care for the customer can go a long way in the future.
