Help! Tell me if you heard this one before. Customer offers a washing machine that was diagnosed with a bad board. This particular model led's flashing 9 times and can't be reset. Ok back to the offer. I decided against my better judgement to take the washing machine because she threw in the dryer that was working fine. Friend called a day later wanting to know if I had a washer and dryer. I said I did but I needed to fix it first. Bought a refurbished board (another bad idea) installed it and doesn't fill. I checked the voltage and I'm getting about 7 milivolts coming from the board to the valves. I'm pretty sure I bought a bad board but the tech sheet doesn't give me voltage values to the valves (I can't imagine they would open with 7 mV) but I was hoping someone had a service manual for this machine before I threw more money at it. Thank you.

You should be able to use this service manual and if that don’t help ask that Question over on the Appliance Repair Tech Forum:
