Help with frosted freezer warm fridge. Whirlpool GX5SHDXVB01

I am trying to troubleshoot my refrigerator problem.  The freezer gets cold but the fridge is not.  First I checked to make sure the fan worked and vents were clear. That checks out so I removed the panel and to the freezer and this is what I have.  This is frost. Doesn't appear to be ice. I will of course be letting this defrost and then try and fix the issue.  From what I have read is that this likely one of 4 issues. Sealing issue, bad defrost thermostat, bad defrost heater, of bad defrost board. If anyone has experience with this that would help me narrow down this I would appreciate it.  I have looked at a similar situation on the forums here but the update for the solution was never posted. Thanks in advance for any help.

Control board failure is very often the cause of defrost failure for this fridge, defrost high limit thermostat also.  Control board part number is WPW10503278.  High limit thermostat is part of wiring harness W11260592.  If you don't have a premium membership here to look up a tech sheet try manualslib.com.
