GE Monogram side by side refrigerator with door water and ice dispenser. It will not stop dispensing.

My built in GE unit has three buttons on the left door for ice, crushed ice and water. Today it stuck in the on position and continuously dispenses water or ice, depending on which button I push. The door cup activator push bar does not seem to have any effect when the cup is removed. I had to unplug the control panel at the top of the fridge to stop it . What part should I troubleshoot first? MODEL ZISW480DMC

Look up the parts breakdown at one of the web sites, switch #113 on the freezer door would be a good place to start.
