Kenmore Elite 106.54603300 defrost timer

Hi All, 

First post on this site. I have a Kenmore Elite refrigerator, model: 106.54603300, serial number: SP3743296.

I believe the adaptive defrost control is bad and I can not find a U-tube video showing where it is located and how to remove it for replacement. I would greatly appreciate any advise on this and where to buy another or send it for service.

The defrost is handled by the main control board in this model. There should be a tech sheet in the toe plate area that has a wiring diagram and instruction on to get into the diagnostic mode. These board don't have issues all that often. Check the defrost bi-metal in the freezer if your having defrost issues.

And hopefully this is the case since the main control is Nla.
