Loud resonate noise/vibration Frigidaire MODEL: GLER341AS2

Hello community!

I have a Frigidaire MODEL: GLER341AS2 electric dryer that all of a sudden started making this very loud resonating vibration/hum (attached audio). It doesn't start making the noise until about 3 to 5 minutes of running.

I have replaced the belt, motor, greased the idler and the rear bearing. I also tightened all screws on the drum and rear panels.

My next step was to order the rest bearing kit. Any other thoughts?

Thank you for reading

Good chance of a cracked blower wheel - run it without heat for a little longer then it would normally take for the noise to start.  If no noise starts in this amount of time turn the heat back on and wait until it starts making the noise - when the noise starts turn it back to air dry cycle and see if after about another 5 minutes or so the noise goes away.

These blower wheels are known for getting small spider cracks around the hub and as they heat up they start vibrating.

Thank you for the suggested trouble shooting. I will try that this weekend and get back to the community with results.
