NB vid video quality may not be all that.

Machine History

Bought it for 500TTD or around 70 -72 USD it had a bad MCU which i got online for a reasonable cost and installed it. machine seems in good condition so i dont think it was used much.

Issue

On low spin just before it ramps up the tub wobbles a lot ... empty / light load. On bigger loads it's bit more violent but sensors kick in so it slows down and it tries to spin up a few (2 or 3) times before getting it's grove and being balanced at high speed.

What I want to know is if its a balance ring issue on the front balance ring to be precise or the shocks are gone. all shocks are in tact and connected the front left one looks to have rust on it when viewed from the back. To me the wobble start from the front left. i know these cant be opened if its a balance ring issue but any advice would be appreciated.

i will add a video of a big load later.
