Kenmore dishwasher help

I have a kenmore dishwasher . The lights are not working and has no power. I switched out the thermal fuse. I shocked myself in the process of doing that . I flipped the breaker that said dishwasher and i still got shocked. I had to tirn off the main breaker to the house. After switching out fuse it still does not work so i do not think that was the problem. What should i check next? The model number is 66517033401.

You need to call a technician to do diagnostics before you really get hurt.
