DCS RGS305 Broiler will not stay lit

I searched DCS Thermal Dual Gas Valve and found the exact same problem posted by rtrejo with this sharable video https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tkSFJgLpucTHRcZCklcWFoxQGJ-I3_yW/view?usp=sharing since it was tagged onto someone else's thread it's possible that's why it wasn't answered but I seem to recall this being an issue with other people. the loud whoosh sound with the flame going out simultaneously as shown in the video is exactly what is happening on my RGS305. Is replacement of my Thermal Dual Gas Valve a safe bet?

Look for burn holes in the broiler burner tube. I had a Blue star range that kept doing this because the igniter was too close and eventually burned a hole in the tube the affected the gas flow resulting in a whoosh sound
