Manufacturer: Maytag
Type of Appliance: Top load washer
Model Number: MVWB965HW0
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Looking for specific service manual, model number MVWV965HW0. The manuals I found on a appliantology are not the same that are close to it. The issue with the washer is the door lock red light blinks and can’t do anything else. I put a new door lock and it did the same thing. All that’s left is a control board which I will replace. I would like to put it in diagnostic mode afterwards. Or is there anything else to do after replacing the lid  lock? Thanks.

This is the tech sheet for this model, the label indicates rev c but it is the rev d listed at service matters:

To enter diagnostics it is the 1-2-3, 1-2-3, 1-2-3 method.
