GE-gdt655smj2es dishwasher control board service led no light

Been having some trouble with this dishwasher. First the dishwasher would beep randomly like someone opened the door. Then it would shut off with no lights on the ui panel. I was able to reset it at the breaker and it would work for a while again. Then the breaker trick didnt work anymore. I did some research and ordered a replacement control board. Installed it, and dishwasher worked great for a week. Now its dead again, and to troubleshoot i detached the control board so i could see what the service led would tell me. However, the led doesnt even light up. Any suggestions as to what my issue may be would be greatly appreciated.....

The electronics in these GE dishwashers are known problems. GE tech line recommends changing the board, UI, and the harness between them. There are also known issues with the DC wire harness that power the latch assembly and a few other things under the dishwasher.

Aside from the suggestions of @MrApplianceMatt, I would double check your power cable (from house) connections at the little junction box under the unit. If you have a bad connection, it could cause some of those issues intermittently.
