Samsung washer wa45n3050aw/a4 Not agitating.

My wife and I have a Samsung washer that is only a couple years old. It worked great from June, when we got it, until February when it suddenly stopped agitating. It fills, spins, and drains, but if we have it on a normal wash cycle it only fills and stops. The drum spins and we replaced the clutch (I believe it's called) and that seemed to fix it, but then the washer started taking almost 2 hours for a load. Also, we noticed that the lights indicating which cycle it was on were off one step from what it was doing (at rinse it was washing, spin it was rinsing, etc.) We are stumped and none of the repair people I've contacted will work on Samsungs or we're out of their area. Any help would be appreciated.

Did it throw any error codes? Did you run diagnostic mode?

Posted

I actually hadn't tried it before today. When I try to run diagnostic mode now, no lights are on at all so I'm not sure what that means.
