Kemore/LG 3 door fridge ice maker quit

Need advice to fix ice cube maker.  9 yr old fridge, cleaned and blew out the condenser coils, evap not froze up.  Er F5 on display. Get cold water but no ice.  Put in new filter and ice maker - no change.  No flashing lights on motherboard.  What to do next?? Thx.

There is an error code er fs which is for the freezer thermistor open or shorted.
