Kenmore Oven 790-97103012 thermal runaway

I'm unable to find the tech sheet for this Kenmore 79097103012 Range/Oven and am unable to identify what a couple of the wires coming out of the back are.  I made a mistake when trying to determine the cause of the thermal runaway and measured resistance between something that looked like a thermocouple lead (20 ohms), but when I went to install the replacement part, I found the correct location for the thermocouple that I ordered to replace and measured an appropriate resistance.  I'm now back to square one and would appreciate any help.  Do you know where I can find the service manual for this oven?  I've been unable to find it.

Thanks for any help.

Sincerely,

DancingPants

This is an electric oven. What thermocouple are you referring to? Do you have a part number?
