I have searched the download section and am unable to find the service manual. I have an ice maker that is calling for water at the beginning of the harvest cycle. The customer installed a new ice maker before I arrived. The machine still has the same issue. A new main control board did not make a difference either. I cannot get it to force harvest more than once, without unplugging it. Every harvest cycle begin with calling for water. It runs the rest of the cycle ok, but does not call for water at the end of the cycle.
