970R724080 Kenmore Fridge Service Manual Needed please. Tech sheet does not include thermistor specs.

Unfortunately, I'm not seeing a service manual for this model. However, if the description of the diagnostic mode is to be trusted, it says it checks the temperature of the thermistors against a reference, so that may tell you if any are out of spec.

Only problem is that when I put it into diagnostic mode by pressing the freezer temp up and down keys for 10 seconds, the "HI" temp alarm stays displayed on the screen and i can't get past it. I know it has entered service mode because when I hold down the keys the compressor and fans turn off, and if I deactivate they immediately turn back on, but i cant advance to any of the tests...

That would leave you in a bit of a pickle. Does anyone know if there's a manual that applies to this model? Or maybe just a thermistor spec table?

Uploaded tech sheet and parts list. The system diagnostic reads out temp directly in steps 29, 30, 33, 34, 35. Just compare read out to actual temps, if within 10 deg it is considered good.

Unfortunately, it sounds like he's not able to get into the diagnostic mode, which is why we were trying to find specs for the thermistors.
