Kenmore dishwasher model 665.13893K801 does not complete cycles

This dishwasher does not complete cycles. It runs thru the eash cycle, then sometime before drain, it stops and the cancel/drain light blinks. I have tried disconnecting power. Does not help. I have run diagnostics..no erro codes but cancel/drain lights blinks at end. Thermal fuse? Control board? Control panel/user interface? NOTE: There was a storm/powerl surge recently.

How many times does the light flash? Often times when dishwashers can’t complete cycles it is the OWI sensor, the control or heater. You will need to run diagnostic tests on the components that are part of the washing process to come to a conclusion.

FIXED! I Replaced the thermal fuse and problem resolved. KEEP IT SIMPLE!  Don't answer questions with questions. Not helpful.
